J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 2 1/2" Birds Beak Peeler is the perfect knife for all those small peeling jobs. The curved blade allows for very effiecient peeling for all fruits and vegetables with a round shape.
With a tradition of creating high-quality knives for more than 250 years, J.A. Henckels is a leader in the world of superior cutlery used by professionals and home cooks. The Twin Signature collection offers comfort, ease, and increased proficiency for the cooking experience. Crafted from carbon and stainless steel, to deter rust and corrosion, the blade has been stamped from one piece of metal, while a special Friodur ice-hardening process strengthens the blade and prevents staining. A traditionally shaped polymer handle is comfortable to hold and securely houses the full tang, attached with three stainless-steel rivets.

The Twin Signature 2-1/2-inch peeling knife is ideal for taking the skin off of mangoes, apples, pears, or other fruits and vegetables that might need to be peeled. Slightly rounded and shaped like a bird's beak, the curved blade makes it easier to cut around rounded corners.
