Distinguished by 18/10 stainless-steel, satin-finish handles, Twin Select knives embody Henckels's world-renowned craftsmanship. Henckels uses a high-tech welding process to form the knives in its first-rate cutlery lines. This process combines three types of high-carbon stainless steel into a single piece so that each part of a knife--blade, bolster, and tang--performs optimally. This carving knife's thin, narrow 8-inch blade neatly slices roast beef, ham, and turkey. Shaped like a gentle wave to fit the hand snugly, the ergonomically designed handle contains a full rat-tail tang and is fully watertight with no gaps.
