There's nothing wrong with this knife. Frankly though, it doesn't cut fruits and vegetables any better than a $5 serrated knife from Chicago Cutlery.
The handle is a bit more comfortable than cheaper knives, but the design of the blade doesn't seem to offer much advantage when cutting.
Description of J.A. Henckels Twin Select 5-Inch Serrated Utility Knife

This process combines three types of high-carbon stainless steel into a single piece so that each part of a knife--blade, bolster, and tang--performs optimally. With a 5-inch serrated blade shaped like a center-tip style paring knife, this is the knife to reach for when a job doesn't require a specialized blade. It will slice tomatoes neatly and chop a head of lettuce. Shaped like a gentle wave to fit the hand snugly, the ergonomically designed handle contains a full rat-tail tang and is fully watertight with no gaps.
