Customer Review: Really, REALLY Sharp!

Yes, they are lightweight, but they are EXTREMELY sharp! I can't see using them for major jobs, but for peeling, cutting, slicing & dicing small amounts of food, they are wonderful! I definitely recommend storing in a knife block to prevent accidents. I've been using mine for about 6 months, and they are still razor-sharp. A definite recommendation!
