A useful addition to any collection of kitchen knives, this two-piece set consists of a 5-1/2-inch boning knife and 7-inch fillet knife. The thin, flexible blade of the boning knife works well for cutting ham, roasts, and other large pieces of food, while the long, slim, flexible blade and straight cutting edge of the fillet knife make it easy to cleanly cut pieces of meat and fish. Constructed under Henckels' sigmaforge standards, their one-piece, high-carbon, no-stain, forged steel blades come Friodur ice hardened for durability and maximum corrosion resistance. Even more, the knives supply German-made molded polypropylene handles for a comfortable grip, and full rat-tail tangs and bolsters for superior balance. Stamped with the Zwilling J.A.
